1. Returns and Refunds

At Glowify, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Gift cards

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at glowifystore333@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Process your refund within 5-10 business days
  • Refund the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Send you a confirmation email once the refund is processed

6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at glowifystore333@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
